What data we collect
- Functional (always on): your language choice and consent status, stored in your browser. No identifier, no profiling.
- Analytics (with consent only): anonymised page views, searches, and click behaviour via PostHog (EU servers in Frankfurt). PostHog removes your IP address server-side.
- Session recordings (with consent only): click and scroll recordings with PII masking. Input fields, email addresses, and card numbers are replaced with ***.
Who we share with
PostHog Inc processes analytics and recording data on our behalf under an EU data processing agreement. Affiliate partners see your traffic only when you voluntarily click an external shop link — from that point the privacy policy of that shop applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (art. 15–22) you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, objection, and restriction. Send an email to info@velomo.nl to exercise these rights.
Retention periods
Analytics: 12 months. Session recordings: 30 days. Consent status: 12 months or until you clear it.
